Hello,
Myself is Suman working a a software engg in Blore.
Today ie., 27th Jan 2013 10:34AM I recharged my mobile as usual from http://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx . As routine, full talktime and internet free usage, I recharged for 250/- but surprised to see only 222.5/-. I suddenly called to customer care 121 and enquired who told there is some internet issue and please do recharge at retailer/distributor. I asked them to refund the money so that I can recharge from there..they are unable to provide..Anyway, with frustation, I went to retailer and told them to recharge with 250/- recharge where I should get full talktime and net. They told with 250/- you will get full talktime and net for sure. But again the same thing happened, I got only 222.5/-.
Retailer (shop wala Jahid 9743435599) told this offer is there, just check your sim have this offer or not. 2ndly, he is telling to check from customercare and he is not responsible.
He with laugh n rediculously arguing with me telling he is no more responsible for this.
Tata docomo customer care not reaching after next attempt..I tried 3 times for 121 and 198 each..
Please help me out for bringing this as a severe notice and banning the TATA DOCOMO and cancelling the shop license who unable to do the proper service.
I am ready to go any level.
