Complaint Details
n August of 2010 we bought 10 Zarra dining chairs from your Mumbai store located at The Palladium Mall. Within a period of 14 months the chairs started disintegrating.

Attached are a few images for your immediate information. When I contacted your Mumbai store they sent someone over who came to our home and took pictures. We were told that the stock that was supplied to us came out of a faulty shipment and that all the chairs would be replaced by August 2012. Till date there has been no action taken despite several phone calls, emails and personal visits to your Mumbai store.

Our patience has now run its course and I am now left with no choice but to take Bo Concept to court and claim for replacement of all my chairs and additional compensation.
