Complaint Details
We have purchsed time capsule from Imagine store and device is not working since day 1. I went to store for help and they redirect me to apple repair store but it was of no help. Till date the device is not working and no one is ready to listen my complaint and store says after sale we have no responsiblity. We have spent 29000 rs but it seems to be all waste. We have never expected this kind of response from company like Apple.
