Dear Concern
I have been using the Broadband conncetion for the past 1 year , i am not getting the spped of what they have commited initially.
Regarding this i have made a complaint in BSNL TOLL free no twise,the service engineer come home and checks everything and informs us that there is some problem in the BSNL office itself and this will be rectified soon.
This is happeneing for the second time . Without giving the proper service the BSNL have raised a bill for 8000 for the brodband services.
It was so humiliating situation that Govt company like BSNL is making their customers fool around .
I kindly request the Consumer forum people to involve in this and get me a solution for this problem .
If BSNL was not able to solve this problem plz help me in getting my money refunded .
