Complaint Details
Makemytrip confirmed a booking NH210302187185 .
The Hotel was not aware of the booking till the previous day.The booking was done 4 months prior. Makemytrip did not provide any alternative arrangement whereby I called them 7 times the previous night despite repeated assurances to the contrary.I was traveling with 2 senior citizens and 1 kid. I was stranded the following morning and no one from make my trip returned my call. The old people with me were inconvenienced in the cold .
