Hi ,
This is Riddhi here. My husband, Mr. Romesh Sagar had bought a honeymoon package from Yatra.com pricing 75,000 rupees.
Mr. Ravindra Singh from yatra.com sold him the package with wrong data initially and since then in every email from Yatra.Com agents he had received wrong vouchers. Our travel date as per the package was 20th Dec 2012 and We had not received the etickets and vouchers even by 19th Dec 2012.
He had spoken to multiple agents like Gopal, Kamal and Manager Abhijit Gour and each and every time they had promised to give him a call back to intimate of the status but that never happened. Every member showed irresponsible behaviour and never bothered to respond.
Note: My husband had called Yatra each and every day to follow up on our package and each time they told us they'll get back to us but they neither emailed nor gave us a call back. We had lots of other things to worry as We were getting married on 17th Dec 2012 and had to travel to remote places where no internet connection was available and instead of getting support and proper service I received false commitments and mental torture from yatra.com.
We had sent a complaint to the website as well but they never got back to us regarding the same.
