Sir,
I have a Vodafone prepaid connection.On 23rd January I recharged my phone for Rs 245 and there was a Bestfit recharge offer on my number for which I was supposed to get Rs 270.Out of which I got around Rs 218 instantly and I got a message that the rest of the amount will be credited in next 24 hours but the I got around Rs 24 only and when I called customer care they told me that there is no such offer on my number and refused to take my complaint and asked me to go to vodafone mini store.I went to vodafone mini store in RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad on 28th january but at the store I was again told that no such offer is available on my number but I had a snapshot where it was clearly visible that such offer was available but still he refused to take my complaint and asked me to go to another store in Navyug Market Ghaziabad.
I'm attaching that snapshot.i request you to take notice if such fraudulent practice by vodafone and take action against them
