Dear Sir
I had booked the Flight ticket through via.com vide booking reference number FMN0P8OXJEU on 11th October 2012 and subsequent cancelation by Kingfisher.Till date I have not received the refund against the said cancellation of ticket by airline despite repeated reminders.The Via is arguing that they have not received the refund from Kingfisher. Since I had made payment to the Via.com and I suppose there is not such condition that payment shall be refunded after getting from the concerned airline they should make the refund at the earliest. I request you to take the neccessary action so that I can receive my hard earned money back.
