sir,

I purchased a cadbury BOURNVILLE on 21/01/2013.
i took that from fridge in shop and i store the chocolate in my home fridge,
when i open the packet, it's seems very bad condition(please refer the attached photos)
it's looks like a fungis,insects moving on the chocolate.
i purchased 3 times last weeks all are the same condition.
i need proper compansation for this.
your are cheating the customer,I need immediate action against CADBURY india limited.
if they dont take any serious action, i will share this news in twitter,facebook,blogspot.
still i have the chocalate in my house fridge, it's under 28C only.

we paid corrct price for correct product.
but they cheat us, this is not a fair business.
