Complaint Details
I had ordered the product "Winter Special Offer - All Season Portable Electric Heater" with order no 5723049 ,the product delivered on Jan 11 2013 at my home was completely damaged when i called Naaptol on Jan 13 2013 they responded they would be looking into the matter ,I had even to customer representative and their Senior person but they were not willing to resolve the matter.According to them i had talked to customer representative I had informed about complaint after 1 day which as per them wont be counted on complaint grounds but while ordering the Product there is no such thing mention that customer has to file complaint with in 24 hours of product delivery.Now they are not replacing my damaged product not they are interested in reimbursing my amount of Rs 798/- .Please do help as i am salaried person and wanted to buy the product for my parents who required it most as per their age . I am away from my family just for earning but if these thing happen it woulld surely affect my salary and pocket.
