Dear Sir/ Madam,

The services for outgoing calls has been barred on my mobile from 28th October 2012 without any information to me. When I checked the same on 30th October I saw all outgoing services including helpline numbers has been barred. I had taken this connection for GPRS usage in roaming to rural area where your network works well & same has been pointed in earlier mail, but the negligence of timely response from you people has got me inflated bill for GPRS services.

After my mail on 2nd November I received a call from Miss Shweta at 6:31pm on 2 Nov from number 011-71718000; she said she was on leave for 2 days and she is only following my case. She again offered 50% discount and beside that no other thing can be done. I said I will go to consumer court as there is no fault of mine and there has not been any reply to my mail for repeated reminder for checking the GPRS balance, she said you can do as you wish. She said she is replying to my mail for 50% discount offered on the bill but till date no mail was received.

I have paid 1-yr advance rental along with clip services & did not expect to trouble me with services without any help from your end. As you have stopped my services of outgoing calls without any update to me, it is totally a case of negligence & harassment.

I would like to point out that when my limit was Rs. 1400/- then why the services were not stopped when it exceeded the limit? There has been many billing negligence from the beginning of this connection and there has been poor response from your end. I had to remind you people again & again.

Now my final decision is to go to consumer court as you people has become deaf on customer’s complain & request and make excuse when there is delay. I do not want any clarification on the GPRS issue and finally will move to consumer court with all valid proof. Let the court decide for time & money wasted with you.

Note: Mr Marten, I have been informing you for all the matters on time but there is no action by senior officers of the company, which was never expected from company like Vodafone. I have been a loyal customer to other telecom companies like TATA Indicom, Airtel Fixed line & MTNL by paying all the dues well on time for last 6 yrs and never faced such a situation of negligence & finally inflated bill without any genuine situation. Finally I have been compelled to take an action against Vodafone by going to Consumer Court & I will welcome the decision of Consumer court in this matter.
