Complaint Details
I had placed three orders on timtara.com on December 12, 2012 (Order Nos 10369142, 10369182 and 10369190)amounting to a total of about Rs 6600. As per the website, the product was to be delivered within 15-20 days. However, I have not yet received the products till date. There is no response to any mail or calls from Timtara.com. The call centre executives are playing around with the feelings of customers and have never been receptive. They hang up the phone and do not pick up in most instances. I have already spent a lot of time and money behind this. This has caused a lot of harassment and grievance to me. Request you to kindly help in getting the product or obtaining the refund of the amount paid, along with interest and penalties on the website.
