Dear sir,
In reference to above subject matter it is regret to say that Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd Deliberately,Hiding Kms in original service bills to reduce legal /Customer Liability . When the Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd providing
2 years or 36000kms of original warranty for any poor workmanship or manufecturing defect ,then why the Company has been tried to hide the kms in the original Bills ,which is manadatory information of Customer's vehicle in Bill . Becoz absence of Kms in the customer's bill may cause refusal to OE wrranty for manufecturing defects by the Manufecturer & Dealer .
2nd . As all four wheeler Companies are being provided Customer's Repair Order Copy to the Customer through marking"Customer's Copy"on the Top of Repair Order to the Customer but Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd is not able to provide the Customer's Copy to the Customer or they do not have Customer's Copy .(Done Delibrately to reduce Warranty /legal cases.)
As , My bike got rusted after one month from the date of purchase , A Honda Dazzler Bought from Brajeshwari Honda ,Kangra H.P. after many complaints they agreed to replace the Fuel Tank & replaced but they never given care to rusting of Chassis from welded areas (frame) Engine Filter etc.When I moved to consumer rederessal in time the bike driven for 11000kms at that time and now it is near about 20,000kms .

There is also another point which is material in the present controversy. The warranty as per the Policy Annexure C-3 is either 24 months from the date of purchase of vehicle or coverage of 32000 kilometres whichever is earlier. The complainant has failed to prove that when cause of action has arisen in his favour, the vehicle had covered less then 32000 kilometres. No doubt, the complaint was filed before two years of the purchase but it is not proved that when cause of action has arisen, the vehicle had travelled less than 32000 kilometres. Hence, presumption can be raised that vehicle has covered more than 32000 kilometres when complaint was filed..
As the manufecturer has been hide kms from their online record ,by which is injustice with me , this injustice is not only with me but it is bad practice Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd doing with the other manufecturer & One Crore of Customer .which is not healthy & transparent buisness .
Thus, you are requested to take the neccessary action .
