Last minute new booking amount paid due to no confirmation at airport even after confirmed by email.
Last minute fast transportation arrangement to airport from remote location.
Overnight accommodation arrangement and taxi holding charges due to non confirmation of ticket at airport counter
Time wasting for making 30 verbal and written communication within 30 days for reconfirmation of ticket.
Mental harassment due to
Fake written confirmation of ticket in the last.
No support even after escalation the case up to 3rd and 4th Level
Communicating with agent and airline daily in verbally and written
No assurance weather i will travel or not up to last 6 hours while returning and 1 hour while going even after making all the payments.
Fear of cancelation of next sector flight due to this sector flight non confirmation.
Giving me notice that if i failed to catch this fake confirmed flight i have to bear the no show cost.
