Complaints :
1. Forgery of proposal - My signature was taken on the proposal for Life ins policy to be taken for me. Instead, my wife's signature was forged by scanning her passport copy and the policy was issued in her name.
2. The policy terms and conditions on my wife's policy (no.15495684) are also different from what i was told by the by the salesman / agent who visited my home.
3. Inspite of no. of reminders / calls / complaints, the Ins. co. does not seem to be inclined to cancel the policy and refund the premium amount of Rs. 27000.
4. The original policy doc couriered to the co. office, 3 months back, is now claimed as NOT RECEIVED by the co.
