Hi Sir,
I have ordered a mobile handset ( Micromax Canvas 2) for INR 10000 from my virtual plaza on 21/1/2013. I have been tried reaching them in the provided mobile and lnadline numbers (09701123667, 04023562071, 04065656560) but could not get through to them nobody is recieving the calls. I have also escalated this and send them an email to the following Email Id's (ravi.kumar@myvirtualplaza.com, rupesh.goit@myvirtualplaza.com, vamsi@myvirtualplaza.com, shaik@myvirtualplaza.com, nagaraj@myvirtualplaza.com, ravindranath@myvirtualplaza.com). Apart from my repeated escalations i have not recieved any response.
