Complaint Details
I ordered a philips induction cooker of model no. 4907 from timtara.com on 29/12/2012. They assured me of delivering product within 3 weeks. Now its going to 5 th week and they are yet to deliver my product. Repeated complaints have been launched with their customer care, but they keep on saying that will b delivered nxt week. But that week is not coming at all. I have already paid for the product and my order number is 10378220. If you can kindly do the needful in the matter.
