I took a connection on which they activated a wrong plan and as a result send me huge bill. When I tried to resolve the issue but they were least bothered in resolving the issue but MOST INTERESTED IN recovery of money. So I decided to go for disconnection and paid the money according to my genuine usage (which I must have not paid if the intention was not to pay).
BUT EVEN AFTER 2 MONTH OF DISCONNECTION THEY ARE HARRASING ME FOR PAYMENT OF BALANCE AMOUNT RATHER STARTED SENDING THEIR PERSON TO MY HOUSE FOR THE SAME.
BECAUSE OF ALL THIS I AM FEELING MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY TORCHERED AND DISTURBED INSPITE OF MAKING GENIUNE PAYMENT OF MY USAGE
