On 10.01.2013, I gave an application to the above retailer, situated at Ring Road (6 No puliya), for porting my Aircel No - 9808929562 to Tata Docomo. I was told that it would be done within a week's time.
But the no hasn't been ported till now, even after my visiting the retailer's place several times. He is even unable to tell been whether the request has been sent or not. As a result, I am unable to use my no for the last 21 days.
I even told him to stop my porting request so that I can recharge my Aircel A/C and use my previous service, but didn't get a good response.
My warning to go to the consumer forum didn't have any effect on the retailer.
