Complaint Details
I went to Guru Nanak Sweets in sector 44-c chandigarh. I ordered one 500ml Mountain Dew having MRP of Rs 25/- , the waiter told me that it costs Rs 40/- , i agreed and i ordered the same . After finishing , i asked for the bill , the waiter gave me a kuccha bill without any stamp of the shop , i asked the waiter to get the pakka bill but he refused and said that this is the only bill that they provide to other customers also. On argument, the waiter said that he will get a stamp of the shop on the same kuccha bill. I would like to take actions on the following:

1) He over charged for the cold drink more than the MRP on the bottle of the cold drink.
2) He gave the kuccha bill, due to which there might be possibility that he may not be filing his Income tax returns appropiately.
