I had ordered a product “Yes Media Player YMP Sapphire” on 22nd May 2012 from Timtara.com through Net banking bearing order no. 10259326 and transaction id. 10114860 which was duly acknowledged by your email on 28th May 2012. Owing to non-delivery of the product, i lodged a complaint over the phone which was also acknowledged on 7th June 2012. However the product was never delivered even though 2 support ticket numbers were issued to me, viz. 28424 and 38424 on 22nd June 2012. After several calls and waiting for nearly two months, I finally cancelled the order somewhere around last week of July 2012. The Customer Care Executive informed me that the money paid by me through Net banking will be transferred back into my account within 7 working days. However, the company did not kept their word. I kept calling the Company over the months but got the same response that it will be done within 7 working days. However till today, i am yet to get back my money. I am amazed at the lack of sincerity on the part of the company in dealing with these issues.
I would therefore like to request you to kindly look into my grievances and initiate appropriate action against the company.
