Complaint Details
I have an account with the Hathway Broadband internet (account number 238353) and it is not working properly for last 1 month or so. I have logged numerous complaints but the problem still persists. Every time they assure me that it is a high priority complaint but nothing really happens. I have called them multiple times and even visited their office near my home but it has not helped. This is becoming a big problem for me sine my office work is also impacted due to this. Please help
