Hi,
I would like to bring to your notice the facts which indicates the most Pathetic service levels & Cheating from V.D.Enterprises,which is least expected from a franchaisee of a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.
1) I am eureka forbes customer from 2007 to 2012.In my last AMC with V.D.Enterprises, which was for 3 years(Ref Cusotmer ID: 1003354658, Cheque No 541532 Date:27/3/09 Bank:HDFC Bank, i felt cheated for their entire act and behaviour.
a)They had prommised 4 services in a year with Candle being changed once and Carbon being changed twice with complete coverage against any other part in case of replacement.
b)However they have completely failed to honour the contract and have changed Candle+Carbon maximum twice in three years.
c)They are now segregating and claiming that 2 services in a year is on-call basis which is never mentioned at the time of taking A.M.C and moreover the services which are must were hardly given.
d)I had asked for UV service card which was initially not found due to some or the other reason from the technician and once the same was found i was initially denied photocopy of the same.Somehow i had managed to click photgraphs of the UV service Card attached for your reference to give you substantial evidence to prove the act.
(Request you to let me know why customer cannot have a copy of the document which he signs and everything lies with the franchaisee giving scope for manipulation)
e)Moreover the signature and date have been fudged to manipulate and highlight services given on time which is cheating and complete breach of trust.
f)The proprietor had to audocity to claim that services not given will be adjusted in the next AMC and moreover said me to to prove from ourside that the records are manipulated and we can go ahead in taking legal action.
I was assured by eureka forbes executive that we would take strict action against the franchaisee and procure apology cum actionable letter ASAP and simultaneously compensate with 2 years AMC at no extra cost. However its already 15 days that i am still to receive the Apology cum actionable letter from eureka forbes with no clearity on the further action and now its almost 1 month 10 days passed to resolve the issue from EF.
