In Oct., 12 I raised a service call to Symphony water heater for routine servicing/ checkup foreseeing winters, since then since problem i,e, heating/ current shock/ thermostat problem is persisting in both my 15 liters suna water heaters, the service representative has visited several times but since Oct., 12 the problem comes back again and again. I want my both water heaters to be rectified properly.
