Complaint Details
On 24th March 2012 I received a mail from Datawind's support department stating following: "Ubislate7+ is expected to be launched in April. The company will endeavour to fulfil all orders on a first come first served basis. You can check our website for latest information/updates.An offer exclusively for you if you decide to make the payment in advance....."

The booking for Ubislate7+ was made on 04th January 2012 vide booking no.: PMD75E387F55 against which the payment the cheque was delivered to you on 30 March 2012 vide Cheque No.: 051454, SBI, Anushakti Nagar Branch, Mumbai of amount Rs.2999.00 which was later acknowledge by the company's support team via email dated 21st April 2012 stating:
"Dear Toshan, This is to acknowledge that we have received your Cheque*/Demand Draft number 051454 of
Rs2,999 of SBI BANK. Thank you for your payment. Your order is in process, You will receive your UbiSlate 7+ approximately in six weeks."

Since then till today i.e 03/02/2013 I had not received the delivery nor any update from your side regarding the delivery despite of many enquiry mails being sent from me. Instead they are offering to upgrade the products by paying extra money.

I therefore request you to resolve my issue and either direct Datawind to send the Ubislate7+ or refund the money with interest as early as possible.
