I have made payment in January 2012 for datawind Ubilslate 7+ tablet. Booking ID-PM1F870557C2
After an uncountable number of calls and emails to their customer care received a broken non-functional product which was received on 03.09.012, two months later that the date of invoice i.e. 07.07.2012, which clearly suggests that the product was used and when went out of order it was disposed off by sending it to me.
I have been trying to contact the customer care service since then, but no one responded.
I sent scores of mails and calls till date, but time and again they just raise a new query or replica of previous queries from their end. They don’t appear to be willing to solve my problem at all.
A broken, non-functional item was delivered through DTDC on 03.09.2012 and the AWB no. was D10279864

Losing my hope from their side I submitted a complaint with Consumer complaint blogs like Grahakseva & Akosha.(The basic one). After their follow-up, I got a call from their end to send the item to their service center at my own cost and they will repair it for free. I prayed to them to arrange for a reverse pickup but they were not moved. They first delayed for some days agreeing to arrange a pickup. But later after calling they said, I have to ship the tablet at my expense. They sent me a mail with an address of their service centre and asked me to send the item there.
I had no 2nd choice than to agree. I shipped it via DTDC, AWB- V11260683 who charged me Rs.330/- (I have the receipt).
But now they have crossed the limit of humanity and ethics as they refused to accept the parcel and have returned it. I have lost my mental peace because of this to the extent that I cannot concentrate on my studies. For a student with not so sound financial background, Rs.3050/- + Rs.330/- matters a lot and it took a long time to save the sum from my pocket money. The tablet was ordered with many dreams and aspirations as I could not afford a computer, all those dreams are shattered. I am traumatized with their inhuman behaviour.
Please help me out of this else I would lose faith over justice also. And please dont make them as me to send the item to them at my cost again. I have no more courage.
