Dear Sir
I was charge twice for a same service (BB Service). I activated the service for 1(one) month on 25th Jan 2013, and Rs 399 was deducted for the said plan. However, another Rs 99 was again deducted within 2 hours and it was re-activated for 1(one) week on the same day. In spite of many complains to customer care service, my complain is not yet resolved. And, now my Black Berry Service is also deactivated. Kindly help.
