I had purchase karbonn handset. bymistakely handset touchpad was broken . i amready to pay without warranty conditions. I have visited on service center which is mention above they woul told that cost is 2800 & 2350 But as per legaly it will be costing rs 1500 to 1600 max.. i also confirmed price with main serivce of manfacturer which no is 18001024660. they had rudly behaviour with they are spk like karna hai toh karo yaha pe itne me hi banega comapny ko boldo hamne serivce center band kardiya, hamara jo karna hai woh karo.. that is not language to speak with any customer..please help me i am suffering last two months as same..
