Writing this mail against the bad services received from the DSK Toyota against the TAX Invoice No.: TAX 13-04523 (Cash) dtd 04/02/2013

Following things noted in there services which are faulty and required re checking as this may be effecting the innocent customers

1. At Showroom after servicing of the vehicle only after making the payment of the Invoice value the vehicle is shown to the customers for the services rendered by the Showroom
2. There is no proper explanations for the part replaced and the services rendered by the showroom staff

Following are the Service and Technical issues i faced while dealing with the Showroom Staff

1. Where in against Code (9901004) for Interior Enrichment there was nothing done inside vehicle which can be said that interior cleaning was even touched.

2. There was charge for the Water Pump Assy ( A-16100-09260) and Labour Charges on the same, but looking in the details and after detail understanding
got to understand that Vehicle cannot run for more then 10 to 12 Kms if Coolant is Leaking and even if the Leakage is very small still it will take around 40 to 50 Kms that the vehicle engine get heated Here i was using the same vehicle for daily for 30 Kms Driving and never ever found this problem and but once the vehicle reaches the show room this problem is there and i have been handed over the Old Unit of the Pump and after going through the replaced/New Unit it was only found by the normal garage person that it was only cleaned from the outside and nothing more then that has been done.

3. If DSK want money he should directly ask for the Donations and monetary help rather then doing this kind of Crime of Theft and Forgery.
