i booked 3 tickets online from from Guwahati to Kathiar that was wait listed, date of journey:4th March 2012. 1st passenger got confirmed after chart preparation and other two remained wait listed, so none of the passengers travelled. i filed for TDR for the ticket that got confirmed. as per the rules the ticket that remains wait listed after chart preparation gets refunded fully automatically and TDR gets refunded within 3 months. i approached the customer care a number of times but only got the reply saying it is under process. it has been more than 11 months but none of the ticket amount is refunded back to me.the e-ticket Reference No: ekt2012034004398080 and PNR: 620 - 7560029.i would request you to please help me get my refund as the attitude of IRCTC has been so ignorant towards this issue. Thank You
