Complaint Details
I initially approached the company on 4/09/2012 to have my bill plan and blackberry plan changed. They failed to revert to me till 09/10/2012. They said in the reply, that i have to send it on the company's letterhead. When i sent in physical form, they said send it via email, when i sent it via email they said sent it in physical form. I called up customer care and they were of no help whatsoever. They have put me in an endless loop and i have been paying close to Rs. 2800/- a month endlessly.
