Helios Aundh had issue a gift Card worth 3000/-
Date of issue - 9/07/2012
Helios card - 1000 xxxx xxxx 1908
Valid for 180 days from date of issue. We visited the Helios shoppe on ANOTHER BRANCH @JM road on 26-jan-2013 180 days from the date of issue. Our card was rejected and purchase was not allowed on the card. Vendor claimed that it had been 185 days, 5 days late than the date of issue. I want to know that "what is count of days" calculated as, there is absolutely no information about when the store was to nullify the card. What about the public holidays when the store was closed? on the 180th day we were disallowed to make a purchase on what basis? Shop owners consulted the Aundh Store where again they claimed we had been 5 days over the date of Expiry and assured they would let us know about validity. After 7 more days on 3th February they responded with "card not valid". Please force the shop and Titan to comply with all details and honour our purchase.
