Hi,

I have purchased an product from India times shopping on 24-Jan-2013 04:05 PM, it was a dressing table and since the height and length was not mentioned in the website i called up the customer service and asked about the product, that guy told me that sir it a dressing table only made of sheesam wood with brass work ,and i also give my personal reference you can buy this product sir, in-spite of that i had a small fear that i was being cheated, but when i pressed harder at the customer service guy he told that you can believe India times shopping and you can buy the product with out any hesitance, so i ordered for the product, and when i finally received the product i was shocked , IT WAS A DECORATIVE ITEM ONLY, IT WAS A MINIATURE OF THE DRESSING Table!!! i called up the customer service immediately and told about the product ,and also i told that you have mislead a customer showing irrelevant images of the product, the part which i got aggravated is that he was just cool and answered me that ,sir you received the product as shown in the images and we cant do anything about that , i told that i would like to launch a complaint of that , and he told you are not permitted to make an complaint ????,if you want you can file a case, he was not even bothered of that,ONE THING FROM MY HEART ,i am really not worried of losing my money , but he answer he gave me was really a pain in the heart , IS THESE KIND OF THINGS MUST BE STOPPED PLEASE ,HELP AND RESPECT THE CONSUMERS AND DO NOT CHEAT ...ITS FOR ALL ONLINE SHOPPING SITES , for your reference i have attached the screen shot of the product i purchased ,can you any where see that , is it mentioned as an decorative item or its length & height ..please see for your self !!!..amazingly its still live in website and you can also buy the product
