I had ordered a book : Browses Introduction To The Symptoms And Signs Of Surgical Disease , on 26th January at http://www.nbcindia.com, by online payment through debit card, which got approved. Order Number : NBC26012204840. I was told that I will receive the book by 29th.I didnot receive it on 29th, and started complaining. I emailed them, but still now did not get a single reply by email. I also called them. They have a pathetic customer care service. They dont tell the customers about the shipping or the courier company and dont send the shipping number, so that we can manually track our items. On 29th Jan they said, they were sorry and that I would get the item the next day. The next day, on 30th I didnot receive and I called them up. Again they said that I would get it next day positively. On 31st Jan, after not receiving it, I called them up again. This day after telling them some serious words, they looked after the matter and told me that the book was out of stock, and that I would surely get it by 4th of February(Monday). But I did not receive it still now. And now I am fed up!!!
