The amount is being deduced from My idea Mobile no 9016297825. As soon i got recharged my mobile the next day onward my money s getting
deduced!!!! There's always a zero balance on my mobile due to it.
Sometimes, during emergency also, i am not able to find balance in my mobile!!! I had talked to your customer care, but had not got any
proper response, your server is always busy and i m being told to call
after two hours. This type of things is going on from last some
months.
