I HAVE PURCHASE HCL ME Y2 TABLET ON SEP 2012 .IN JAN 15TH JAN IT STOP WORKING. I REACHED TO THE SERVICE CENTER PLACE AND THEY FIX IT.BT AFTER A WEEK AGAIN THE PROBLEM IS GIVING. AND I REACHED TO THE SERVICE CENTER AGAIN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE "PCB BORD FAULT" AND YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE, WE HAVE 8,9 TABLETS MORE.THEY ARE FACING THIS PROBLEM TOO.SAME "PCB" PROBLEM AND SERVICE CENTER TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR A WEEK. BUT AFTR 25DAYS THEY CALLED AND SAID THAT COMPANY HAS SEND YOU A LETTER/DOA HCL AND THEY TOLD ME TO SHOW THIS TO DEALER AND THEY WILL REPLACE THAT.BUT THEY DONT REPLACED IT.AND THERE IS A LITTLE FIGHT WITH THEM.THEY TOLD ME GOTO SERVICE CENTER AND SERVICE CENTER PUSHING ME TOGO TO DEALER.SIR HCL MANUFACTURING THE FAULT DEVICE.EVEN I GET THE NEW ONE IT WILL GIVE THE SAME PROBLEM.I HAVE A PROVE THAT IN AUG 2012 ALL THE ME Y2 HCL TABLET LAUNCHED BY THE COMPANY HAS "PCB BOARD" FAULTS.ITS JUST NOT ME ..I HAVE SEEN 5 PEOPLES WITH THIS SAME PROBLEM.I ALSO COMPLAINED TO THE HCL BUT THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED AND TELLING THAT WE ARE GIVING YOU THE NEW ONE.PLS DO SOMETHING ...ITS COST IS RS 15,000
