I had taken a package tour Samudram Package for visiting Lakshwadeep Island from Mint Valley Eco Tourism, Cochin. I along with my family of 03 members which include 03 adults and 01 baby took this package. I was initially asked to pay Rs 59232/- inclusive of the service charges for three adults and one baby(without berth) by the tourism company.
The journey was carried performed from 17 Dec 12 to 20 Dec 12 in samudram package in Kavaratti Ship. The bill which was issued to me in the office nearby the harbour(SPORTS Office) was for only Rs 49482/- only. Further after the journey was performed i mailed to the cmplainee regarding the charges. They clarified that the service charge was charge ie. Rs 1200/head. Considering the service charge as Rs 4800/ total for which a valid bill was not issued it is brought to your kind notice that a balance of Rs 4950/- for which am charged is still not clarified by the complainee. In this regards i had spoke to the office of the complainee for which there was no proper response. I further mailed them for which they were not ready to give a satisfying answer.
Hence i have approached this cell to solve my problem. I am attaching the e-mail reference of the correspondance which i had done and the reply made by the company.
Hope you will be doing the necessary action from your end at the earliest and solve my issue.
