i had purchased an RO water filter machine -acquaguard duo, from a sales counter at trade fair, pragati maidan in last week of november 2012, from one mr rakesh (salesman) of eureka forbes stall). however, he had promised that receipt and other warranty papers would be delivered/sent subsequently. however,till date the papers have not reached me.i have the machine without any papers.please do something.
