Dear sir,with due respect,I write this to draw your kind attention towards the problem faced by me at Airtel Relationship centre Nehru place.I have purchased MNP prepaid sim from there after filling MNP form and necessary documents but the sim was damaged one and useless when i complained to the executive for replacement,he totally denied it and blame Airtel for faulty sim and rudely misbehaved with me in front of many customers and said'ye airtel wale hume bekar sim bechte hai aur customer hamare pas bhej dete hai'thereafter i dialled airtel customer helpline no. but they disconnected my call 6 times.
So,kindly look into the matter at earliest.
