I had taken a service from them in getting 10 loan leads by making a payment of Rs.3000 in last june. I deposited this money to their account only because of their promise to give genuine leads. i.e even after cross checking the loan eligibility and supportive documents of the customer.( i spoke to one Mr. john then ) But right from the beginning, i was getting cases which are not workable. Reasons like customer not having enough documents, customer not interested to take now, change of plan etc.. so i asked them for replacement , but got no support and finally they made to a count of 10 leads and saying the case is closed and cant do anything now. I need to renew now by paying more to activate. Right from beginning i said iam not happy with the service and to refund my money back. Spoke to their service manager ( Ms. Diksha ) and to many others too but no positive response. Need to sue them now.. I need my cash of Rs.3000/- back at the earliest.
