hi this is gufran from kolkata i got a call 18 days ago from airtel with an offer to convert my prepaid number to postpaid and i accepted the same as i liked their 399 monthly rental plan. For the same they sent their executive to collect a copy of my voter's od along with a passport size snap and Rs 300 cash as security deposit. I gave the document along with Rs 300 and photo to the executive and he told me there will be a verification within a couple of days and my number will be activated within 3 working days for sure. I got a call after 2 days for verification then the next day i had my physical verification n the verification officer told me it will take max 3 days in activation but its almost 18 days it still didn't activated.
