Hi,

This is Devender Singh, i am having a personal loan no. 48609056 of 5 lacs with standard chartered since may2012 that was taken after foreclosing previous loan of 1.5 lac that was to be expire in july 2012. Previous loan exp. with stan chart was good thats why i opted for new loan with same bank. The new loan was started properly and went well upto jul 2012 after that my ecs was not cleared by sbi citing mandate not recd. stantchart people called me i deposited the intallment amount and late charges whenever they asked but alongwith this they put bounce charges with this and taking interest including this amount also.
I requested this bank to rollback bounce charges because it is not the case of ecs bounce it is the ecs rejection due to sbi my bank system was not recieving this.
I also requested stan chart people to provide complete statement of my loan account alongwith each and every calculation in very clear and precise manner but after sending mails and complaing through customer care they show any interest in this. I changed my due date from 10th of each month to 15th and paid odd day interest 1150/- by cheque. That too was not reflecting in my online account.
What these people are doing with us indian. Is there any authority in india which can help us.
They make very strong actions against multinational in their own country. what they are doing here. It is not good.
I request all authorities to help me.
