Complaint Details
I gave my laptop Compaq Presario to e-techies last year in march with a complaint that with white display screen problem. They told me that the problem is with motherboard and got it changed with a cost of approx 8300 INR. Rest assured we got it back and again the same problem recurred .On resending it they said the problem is with BGV chip and changed it costing around 4300 INR. Immediately after ten days same problem recurred. Again when i gave them they said the problem is with Dsipaly screen and that needs to be replaced.And said it will cost me around 4000INR. This time i asked them to resolve it as with same problem statement they had already charged me and replaced things earlier. They returned my laptop without any changes stating repairs has been done. Withing a week same problem has begun.

It is just not the matter of money but also time i had spent in getting my laptop serviced by them.They are just taking their customers for ride and nothing else.They call themselves authorised service center of HP. I think HP should reconsider having them as service provider
