I have ordered Ubislate 7+ online in Ubislate.com on 27-02-2012 with prepaid of Rs 2999.00 through SBI demand draft (No-215372). I was offered free and confirmed delivery within the month of March/2012. My booking ID was- PM4152B. But the company didnot send me the product till now. Later on the year end they told me to upgrade the product to Ubislate 7C+ as they were facing over demand of the previous version. They mailed me to upgrade the product so that they could ship the product within 72 hours as revealed by them. I accepted their offer and upgraded the product with booking Id- PME031E, but till now i didnot receive the product. It is one year now. The company customer care executives don't respond nor receives the phone calls. Please help me out. I am enclosing my upgraded order confirmation page..
