This is with reference to my complaint no. 0003114/2013 filed by me online on 01/02/2013 to your site, but no action from your side has been taken. The complaint and its status is not even showing under 'View Complaints' on your portal. The matter is of high priority as the retailer has my identity and address proof documents, which my be misused by him. Should I file an FIR or the record of this complaint is sufficient, in case my identity is used by the retailer to give connection to some anti-social element.
I am re-producing the complaint as below:
"On 10.01.2013, I gave an application to the above retailer, situated at Ring Road (6 No Puliya), Dehradun for porting my Aircel No - 9808929562 to Tata Docomo. I was told that it would be done within a week's time.
But the no hasn't been ported till now, even after my visiting the retailer's place several times. He is even unable to tell been whether the request has been sent or not. As a result, I am unable to use my no for the last 21 days.
I even told him to stop my porting request so that I can recharge my Aircel A/C and use my previous service, but didn't get a good response.
My warning to go to the consumer forum didn't have any effect on the retailer."
