Sir,

With reference to the above subject, I like to inform you that I was booked an Ubislate7+ (Aakash) Tablet through internet on Datawind Innovations Pvt. Ltd. My booking id is PMFCC9165014 dated 04/04/2012 and according to their instruction I have paid Rs. 2999.00 (Cheque No. 732140, Cheque Date 21st May 2012, Bank : State Bank of India, Guwahati, Assam, Payable to Datawind Innovation Pvt. Ltd). They have cleared the amount dated 19th June 2012. But so far the Datawind Company didn’t deliver the item till date. I have reminded them through e-mail in many times. They keep promising to deliver the item in September, then in October then again in November. Now they had stopped answering my e-mail. Therefore I desperately need your help and request you to interfere to this matter that I want my money back. Please help.
