Complaint Details
Sir,
I have submitted my PF documents on 9th Oct 2012 in PF Office, Pune. My PF Account No. is: MH/122030/00044. I have not received my PF money yet.
I had gone to PF office several times and every round i have been sent towards the staff Mr. Anil Jachak.
He gave commitment at 1st round that, “Your money will deposit to your account before 20th Nov. 2012”.
At 2nd round he gave commitment that “Your money will deposit to your account between 2-3 days”.
At 3rd round he said that, “I have nothing worked on your claim!”.
And now from last month, he is saying that, “I am working on it and i can’t tell when it will deposit, but it will deposit surely”.
I have met to APFC also, but he had sent me towards the incharge of the accountant. I had gone to meet her (Incharge of accountant) two times but she was not in the office.
So it is my deeply request to you please look into this issue.
