Complaint Details
On 31/08/2012,I’d gone to the Axis Bank ATM at Six Mile,Guwahati Assam) to withdraw Rs.3500.00 from my UBI account no.0304010134350 (Transaction id: CWDR/00000042538418:23:39/SWT), but the ATM didn'tdeliver the amount at that time and my bank passbook record states it in the withdrawalfield. Please rectify the error and refund the amount to my account at the earliest.
