Complaint Details
I have booked Ubislate7+ tablet PC (a project sponsored by the Indian Government, Ministry of Human Resource Development) in the month of Dec, 2011 was given booking ID PMBD54D583D8. I have got a mail from them saying if I decide to make the payment in advance they will prioritized my delivery of Ubislate7+ in April 2012, along with free shipping. The payment was made through my cheque no. “176134” amount Rs.2,999 drawn on Panjab National Bank which was cleared by them on 1st March 2012.
Till end of April 2012.
I called thousands of time at 18001802180, but luckily connected only two time or three time and they assured me item will be delivered within next 3 days. Then I make an email to supportin@datawind.com ,sales@datawind.com and gave a ridiculous reply mail, the company offer three upgraded product with asking for Rs. 2,500 extra bucks. That was not expected by me

Expectation: a same featured product can be considered, like Ubislate7C+.
