Hi,

I placed the order viz. order no. #1200255531 (placed on 2 February 2013 20:47:27 IST)& I was supposed to get the order in 48 hrs, as per the confirmation msg from the vendor. Till date I have not received anything & I have chasing them for last 4 days since 6 Feb. Each time I call them up, the only reply they have is to escalate the matter to bluedart.com as they are their courier partners. Today on 10th Feb I have spoken to supervisosr, who agreed that they have TAT of 3-5 working days for delivery from the date of placing the order. As per him too, he needs speak to the courier vendor on Monday & will let me know when can they deliver the order. Now even after 8 days they are not in a position to confirm the delivery date for the order that has already been paid for. I would like to file a complaint against the way this matter is handled by Lenscart.com.Also as per them the blue dart courier guy tried delivering the order, however the house was locked, which is blatant lie because we always have someone or the other at home. Instead the courier guy called me up on 5th Feb to check if he can deliver the order next day & as it was raining so I agreed to his request, considering the fact that it was not an urgent courier.

I am expecting this forum to take this matter up with Lenscart.com & make them realize that this standard of customer is not at all expected & they must compensate the customer for the lapse.
